Why Dress My Desk Exists and Who is Miss Greene?

RSS

Hello there! I am Miss Greene and welcome to the world of Dress My Desk. This space is brought into existence because of my interest in styling my workspace and the belief that I do not need designer brands office supply to achieve my #deskgoals. I started being finicky on how my desk is organized way back in college. I studied engineering which meant countless hours of solving calculus problems, designing systems and coding machine problems. I was not the coffee house type of student so it’s either library or my dorm room for me. I cannot control how the library is set up so I made sure the study table in my tiny room will help me keep my sanity through all hell weeks. I wish I could share a photo but it was as systematic as it can be. It was not as stylish as what this blog will feature but I got a lot of compliments. I guess my Ergonomics class kind of helped too.

Fast forward 10 years and I am now working as a consultant in a major HRIS company- navigating my way to the ultimate target of being the #bossbabe I want to be. One thing did not change- I am still finicky with my desk (or cubicle, to be accurate). This time around though I have access to stylish desk organizers and office supplies that can spread glam all over my office in a snap.

Desk organization goal is to create a workspace that supports productivity and inspires you throughout the day.

Putting together a workspace that supports productivity and motivates throughout the day is the goal here. In this blog, I will feature all my desk styling work. I will give you tips and tricks, ideas for the myriad of styles to pick from and of course the most exciting part – sneak peek to the chic office supplies that I will feature in my shop (opening soon!).
